Reason to Avoid Foreclosure:
You will be suprised how many times a homeowner in foreclosure will have given up, perhaps because they don't understand the process or feel like they no longer care. The client will always have to disclose that they have had a foreclosure on any mortgage application and many job applications they submit in the future and this can have an adverse affect on your future mortgage rates, credit scores will be lowered by as much as 300+ points, your lender can seek a deficiency judgment against you and collect for any amount they do not recuperate at bank sale, employers run background and credit checks, client may be responsible for any deficiencies after foreclosure for an indeterminate period of time depending on the state you live in.
